Terroirs
Lands of focus. Periods of immersion.
The journey requires depth, not just distance. We curate our explorations intentionally, following the natural rhythms of the world's most evocative terroir—from the ancient chalk of the Old World to the fog-swept volcanic rows of the New.
2026 Focus
Terroirs of Bordeaux, Champagne & Burgundy
Tables and Terroirs begins in France, anchored in three of its most storied regions: Bordeaux, Champagne, and Burgundy. These are the places where structure, elegance, and nuance are written into the landscape itself—an ideal starting point for travelers who want to understand how terroir shapes both the glass and the plate.
Bordeaux
A meditation on terroir and time, where left bank elegance and right bank structure meet in a landscape of gravel and deep clay. Experience the unhurried rhythm of the Garonne.
Champagne
The verticality of the north, defined by chalky luminosity and subterranean cellars. A tireless pursuit of clarity and effervescence in the world’s finest sparkling wines.
Burgundy
The intimate scale of villages and climats, where storied parcels reveal infinite nuance. A journey into the singular identity of the cru through generations of observation.
2027 Focus
New World Origins: Napa & Sonoma
Framing these regions as our entry into the New World—where Californian sun, coastal influence, and a diversity of styles show a different expression of terroir.
Napa
Sonoma
Napa combines polish and power with an unmistakable spirit of hospitality. From the structured elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon blends to vibrant expressions of valley-floor terroir, every glass reflects a landscape defined by both sun and precision.
Influenced by the Pacific and persistent morning fog, Sonoma offers a more nuanced, lifted expression. Here, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay thrive in varied microclimates, where the coastal drift shapes wines of exceptional focus and clarity.
Future Horizons
We are currently scouting heritage regions under consideration for our future immersions—lands where legacy and landscape define the next chapter of craft.

Tracing the dialogue between Piedmont’s structured nebbiolos and the heritage tables of central Tuscany, where wine and cucina are woven into the same fabric.

Mediterranean & Southern Hemisphere
